Open a ToledoTrade account. If you already have a ToledoTrade account, please log in to the Client Portal.
You can fund your account during the application process or in the Client Portal under the Transfer & Pay > Transfer Positions menu. Choose Inbound Position as your transaction type, ACATS as your method, and fill out your broker and account information below. You can select Full transfer. The last step will be to enter your digital signature in the field provided. Once finished, click Continue.
Account transfers from other brokers take approximately 4-8 business days depending on your broker. Once the account has transferred you can get your Monthly PDF statement from your previous broker or a screen shot and fill out the form.

Account transfer reimbursement program award is available for eligible ToledoTrade clients. Receive up to $100 back of your previous broker’s transfer fee when you complete a full account transfer of at least $10,000. Client must submit their account statement or a screenshot showing their activity on the Account Transfer Reimbursement Promotion page to receive a reimbursement. Credit will be processed within five business days of receipt of acceptable paperwork. This offer is not available to accounts that have been previously closed or transferred out. This offer does not apply to Termination, Maintenance or IRA fees. This offer can be combined with other offers and can be used for multiple accounts but the maximum promotional award in any given calendar year may not exceed $599.
